Please read the Westbrook Public Library Meeting Room and Storage Policy before completing this application. The COVID-19 Addendum for meetings in the above policy remains in effect at this time (3/2022). Please use it as your guideline for your meetings at the library.

Options include: Community Room (accommodates: up to 94 persons maximum with tables and chairs; up to 200 persons maximum with only chairs; recommended no more than 100 persons), Conference Room (accommodates: accommodates: 2-15 people maximum; recommended no more than 10 persons), Study Room (accommodates: accommodates: 1-2 persons maximum).
